Given our strong market growth, we aim to strengthen our client’s operations through Serlima Target by hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for Montargil, Alentejo. Responsibilities: Supervise the hotel’s housekeeping team; Ensure quality and consistency of cleaning services; Monitor stock levels of products and materials; Train, guide, and motivate the team; Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards; Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping (preferably in hospitality); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Leadership and communication abilities; Proactivity and team spirit; Flexibility to work varied shifts.
