




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to roast chickens and premium cuts of meat, with expertise in gas grilling techniques, knowledge of doneness levels, and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience as a roaster, grill cook, or barbecue chef (preferred) 2. Proficiency in gas grilling techniques and doneness levels 3. Ability to manage stress and stay organized - Previous experience as a roaster, grill cook, or barbecue chef is not mandatory but preferred: roasting chickens and premium cuts of meat. - Proficiency in gas grilling techniques (less demanding to operate than charcoal) - Knowledge of doneness levels (rare, medium, well-done). - Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles. - Ability to clean and prepare meats - Organize grill mise en place. - Check freshness and quality of products. - Ability to control grill time and temperature. - Ensure dishes are cooked to the correct doneness. - Physical stamina and heat tolerance. - Stress management during peak hours. - Culinary training (preferred but not mandatory).
