Promote workplace organization and continuous improvement. ##### **Mission** An AR5 Production Technician's mission is to ensure efficient and rigorous execution of production activities, guaranteeing compliance with production plans, quality requirements, safety standards, and established deadlines. You will contribute to the manufacturing and integration of components and systems, following defined technical instructions, promoting workplace organization and continuous improvement. You will play a fundamental role in team productivity, ensuring tasks are performed to high standards of quality, responsibility, and collaboration. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and production engineer; * Follow production task scheduling; * Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled entry/exit times, break periods, and task durations; * Keep facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensure workplace safety for team members by preventing risky behavior and improper use of equipment and tools; * Guarantee that produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards; in the rare cases where they do not, implement corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Meet defined production and delivery deadlines; * Maintain positive relationships and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of your team’s work area before, during, and after task execution; * Perform tasks in integration, finishing, or other departments as production needs require; * Implement instructions received from superiors; * Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with proven C2-level competence; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of lamination; * Professional experience in this sector or a similar one, minimum 2 years; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and leadership potential. **What We Offer:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Salary commensurate with proven experience level; * Daily transportation from the Ponte de Sôr center to Tekever facilities.
