**Description:** ---------------- VALGRUPO is a group experiencing rapid national expansion and implementation. We are a reference in animal production, slaughter, processing, and marketing of food products. We are recruiting an IT PROJECT MANAGER to strengthen our Group’s Information Technology team. Responsibilities: * Oversee the technical implementation of developed projects; * Analyze functional and technical documentation related to developed projects; * Conduct testing, analyze errors, and support their resolution in developed projects; * Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and the project requester; * Ensure projects are delivered according to defined requirements; * Maintain clear and effective communication with project requesters, aligning expectations and presenting solutions; * Identify risks and issues in projects, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate challenges; * Support alignment of project objectives with the client’s business objectives; * Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes; **Requirements:** ----------------- * Higher education degree in Information Technologies or a related field; * 1–2 years of professional experience in Project Manager roles (preferred); * Ability to lead projects autonomously; * Experience in end\-to\-end project management; * Solid knowledge of agile project management methodologies (preferred); * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, among others (preferred); * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools is highly valued; * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders; * Analytical and problem\-solving abilities; * Leadership mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
