This challenge is for you! **What will be your mission?** * Perform standard billing procedures, including invoice preparation, control, editing, and dispatch. * Validate the checklist of all evidence required for billing. * Create new customers in the system. * Record all monthly billing movements in the respective files. * Register, analyze, and provide appropriate follow-up for all complaints received from various stakeholders (agencies or customers). * Handle general departmental administrative tasks, maintaining both physical and digital documentation archives up to date. * Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures. **How can you succeed in this position?** **Planning and organization:** You will face payment and delivery deadlines that must be met. **Adaptability:** You will deal daily with unexpected situations and must respond quickly; additionally, you will work with various software tools such as Excel and Acinet, where proficiency is essential for this role. **Analytical ability:** You will be tested through data analysis and searching for additional information or a deeper understanding of problems while proposing feasible solutions to diverse issues. **Teamwork:** You will be integrated into a team with a strong spirit of mutual support — no one is left behind, giving you opportunities to share tasks, ask for help, and assist colleagues.
