Job Summary: VALGRUPO is recruiting an Environmental Engineer to implement, maintain, and improve Environmental Management Systems and manage licensing processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are a reference in animal production, slaughter, and meat processing. We are recruiting an **Environmental Engineer** for our headquarters in **Alcanede.** **Main responsibilities:** * Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Environmental Management Systems (preferably in accordance with ISO 14001\); * Management of Environmental Licensing processes; * Assessment of environmental legal compliance and monitoring of applicable legislation; * Identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts, defining mitigation measures; * Management and monitoring of waste generation and disposal; * Environmental monitoring, including water quality control and adherence to monitoring plans; * Support during environmental inspections and audits; * Preparation of technical reports and communication with official entities. **What we offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing group; * Salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience. **Requirements:** ----------------- **What we value:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering; * Prior experience with Environmental Management Systems; * Knowledge of Environmental Licensing processes and legal compliance; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and focus; * Geographic proximity (preferred).
