Promotes workplace organization and continuous improvement **Mission** The mission of an AR3 Production Technician is to ensure the efficient and rigorous execution of production activities, guaranteeing compliance with production plans, quality requirements, safety standards, and established deadlines. You will contribute to the manufacturing and integration of components and systems, following defined technical instructions, promoting workplace organization and continuous improvement. You will play a fundamental role in team productivity, ensuring tasks are performed to high standards of quality, responsibility, and collaboration. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and the production engineer; * Adhering to production task scheduling; * Punctuality and strict adherence to entry/exit times, break schedules, and durations of assigned tasks; * Maintaining facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensuring workplace safety for team members by preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools; * Guaranteeing that produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards; in the rare cases where they do not, implementing corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Meeting defined production and delivery deadlines; * Maintaining positive relationships and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Ensuring cleanliness and order in your team’s work area before, during, and after task execution; * Performing tasks in integration, finishing, or other departments as production needs require; * Implementing instructions received from superiors; * Contributing to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with proven C2-level competence; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of lamination; * Professional experience in this sector or a similar one, minimum 2 years; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and leadership potential. **What we offer you:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Salary commensurate with proven experience level; * Daily transportation from the Ponte de Sôr center to Tekever’s facilities.
