If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. * **Your key responsibilities will include:** + Executing assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and the production engineer; + Adhering to the production task schedule; + Maintaining punctuality and respecting entry/exit times, break periods, and durations of assigned tasks; + Keeping facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; + Ensuring workplace safety for team members by avoiding risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools; + Guaranteeing that produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards, and in the rare cases where they do not, implementing corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; + Meeting defined production and delivery deadlines; + Maintaining positive, assertive communication and relationships with colleagues from other departments; + Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the team’s work area before, during, and after task execution; + Performing tasks in integration, finishing, or other sections as production needs require; + Implementing instructions received from superiors; + Contributing to building a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. + **Profile and Requirements:** + Minimum educational qualification; + User-level computer literacy; + Knowledge of lamination; + Minimum two years of professional experience in this or a related sector; + Organizational, planning, and decision-making skills; + Goal-oriented mindset; + Strong communication skills and leadership capability; + Adaptability/openness to change; Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with proven C2-level competence. + **What we offer you:** - An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; - Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience.
