




Job Summary: We are seeking a First-Cook for a resort, responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, coordinating the team, and ensuring food quality. Key Highlights: 1. Given our strong market growth, we aim to reinforce our client’s team through Serlima Target by hiring a **FIRST-COOK FOR A RESORT IN MONTARGIL.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparing and cooking dishes according to technical specifications; * Coordinating and organizing the workstation; * Supervising Second-, Third-Cooks and Kitchen Assistants; * Ensuring dish quality, presentation, and consistency; * Controlling raw materials and minimizing waste; * Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP); * Support in organizing and planning daily service. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in the role, preferably in the hospitality industry; * Advanced technical kitchen knowledge; * Leadership and teamwork skills; * Organizational ability, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure; * Punctuality and attendance; * Immediate availability; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; CONDITIONS: * Employment contract; * Possibility of **accommodation and/or logistical support** (depending on the hotel unit); * Salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a structured team; Salary: €1,200.00 – €1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site
